The 32-year-old who worked at Evelina London Children’s Hospital was reported missing on Friday December 3 by a concerned colleague.

She was last seen at 8.22pm on Sunday November 28, after taking two buses home from work towards her flat in Camberwell.

Formal identification has not taken place yet but the police have informed Ms Srncova’s family in her native Czech Republic.

Her death is being treated as unexplained but initial enquiries suggest the circumstances are not suspicious.

A post-mortem examination will take place in due course.
