London Restaurant Festival 2022: Full guide from masterclasses to tasting menus

Calling all foodies - the London Restaurant Festival is returning for its 14th year this weekend showcasing some of the most exciting talent behind our capital’s dynamic food scene.
The festival, which will take place throughout the month of October, will feature over 50 culinary events.

Hide AdServing up everything from gastronomic tours across the capital’s best restaurants to evenings with Britain’s most esteemed critics.
Chefs will put on special tasting menus for the festival, including a celebratory Indian banquet from Kricket and a feast from chefs Will Murray and Jack Croft at Fallow in St James’s Market.
Michelin-starred chef Nieves Barragan of Sabor restaurant will lead a Spanish cookery masterclass, pairing food and beer, while the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane will host a best of negronis event.
Saturday Kitchen regular Anna Haugh will be hosting guests at her restaurant Myrtle in Chelsea as part of the ultimate gastronomic weekend, including a stay at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square and a dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Mei Ume.

Hide AdRestaurant hopping tours will take guests around Belgravia, Covent Garden and Chelsea on a foodie journey stopping off at various spots including The Cadogan Arms and Fatt Pundit.
Art à la Carte will allow guests to explore some of London’s best collaborations between artists, curators and restaurateurs, including Langan’s Brasserie - with walls covered in fine art.
Seasonal autumn spotlights include a King’s caviar tasting in the William Kent Room at The Ritz and a seafood school at The Sea, The Sea hosted by chef Leo Carreira.
There’s also a top ten cuisines series (for American Express card members only) in which leading chefs put on a four-course menu for you to enjoy.

Hide AdInvolved chefs include Jeremy Lee at Quo Vadis, Francesco Mazzei at Sartoria, Chet Sharma at Bibi, James Cochran at 12:51, Dom Fernando at Paradise Soho, Yuma Hashemi at The Drunken Butler, and Jonas Karlsson at Aquavit.
Meanwhile, the Resy hit list — collection of specially curated festival dishes and set menus curated by the booking platform Resy — will run as part of the festival, booked through the Resy website and app.
