Central London is already a bit brighter now several Christmas illuminations have been switched on, but when exactly will the festive displays in Bond Street be lit?

Oxford Street kicked off the xmas vibes in the capital last week as the famous shopping destination's Christmas displays were switched on. Carnaby Street was meant to light up on the same day, but Storm Ciarán delayed it and the event was moved to Wednesday this week (November 8).

Some of London's other familiar spots have their displays turned on this week. Covent Garden was lit up on Tuesday (November 7), while Regent Street will have its displays switched on this evening (November 9).
