Tottenham manager Antonio Conte is undergoing surgery to have his gallbladder removed and s likely to miss a number of games including the all-important Premier League match against Manchester City.
The club have not given a time duration as to when they will expect Antonio back but the former Juventus manager has been battling the issue and has now decided to treat it once and for all.

Hide AdAssistant manager Cristian Stellini is expected to take charge of training and preparations for the game against City, athough some think Conte will make a miraculous appearance to take on Pep Guardiola.
The Lilywhites are fifth on the league table, and a win against City will take them back into top four and keep their season’s ambitions alive.
Tottenham will also be buoyed by the success of their January transfer window after signing Pedro Porro - despite the deal looking like it was going to fall through.
They have also brought in Arnaut Danjuma to give competition to their wide players wide players while terminating the contract of Matt Doherty and sending the higly promising Djed Spence out on loan.
There were rumours that Pape Matar Sarr could also head out on-loan but manager Antonio Conte blocked it and assured the youngster that he was part of his plans this season.
