Tottenham ‘strongly’ linked with £100 million Chelsea flop as Antonio Conte looks to former star

Tottenham are looking at the Romelu Lukaku situation with Inter Milan reportedly not keen on taking him on permanently following an underwhelming return to Italy.

The Belgian star finds himself in a very difficult situation as he has to return to Chelsea where he is reportedly not in the plans of Graham Potter.
