Where the QPR XI who last faced Crystal Palace in 2015 are now - from Barclaysmen to punditry and non-league
The last time QPR faced Crystal Palace in a competitive match was a 3-1 Premier League defeat nine years ago.
Crystal Palace visit QPR in competitive action for the first time since 2015 this evening as Carabao Cup action comes calling to Loftus Road.

The last time the two sides met was in the Premier League at Selhurst Park with the R's suffering a 19th defeat in 29 league games at the hands of the Eagles, who themselves ended a poor run of form that March with a first victory since early January.
Wilfried Zaha, James McArthur and Joel Ward were on the scoresheet for Crystal Palace while Matt Phillips grabbed a consolation for Chris Ramsey's side through a brilliant 40-yard effort towards the end of the 90 minutes.
Speaking after the game, Ramsey said: "Sometimes it's over by the time you begin getting back in the game. In the first half, our play wasn't horrendous but we struggled in the key moments. All the players have come off disappointed knowing we let ourselves down in the key moments.
"We knew it was a mammoth task to stay up. We are now relying on other people which you don't want to do. But, until we get to a mathematical point where we can't survive we are going to keep going."
QPR were relegated that season, finishing rock bottom of the Premier League but a lot has changed for both sides in the nine years since. LondonWorld takes a nostalgic look at the QPR starting XI for that last competitive clash with Crystal Palace.
GK - Rob Green

Was towards the end of his four year stay at QPR. The former Norwich City and West Ham man was the number one that season and conceded 65 goals in his 36 appearances. He retired in 2019 and now works as a commentator for CBS' football coverage.
LB - Yun Suk-young
Still playing professional football at the age of 34 years old for Gangwon FC in his home country of South Korea. The full-back spent three years at QPR but only made 37 first team appearances.
CB - Steven Caulker
The Tottenham Hotspur academy product was a mainstay at centre-back for the R's that season. He has only played more games than the 54 he managed at QPR with Alanyaspor during his career and signed a one-year deal with Keçiörengücü this summer. Shortly before leaving QPR in December 2017, the player spoke candidly about problems with alcohol, gambling addiction and depression.
CB - Nedum Onuoha
Working as a podcaster and pundit now, the former defender finished his career at Salt Lake City in 2020. Onuoha made an impressive 224 appearances for QPR and was part of two Championship promotions and two Premier League relegations.
RB - Darnell Furlong

A product of the QPR academy, Furlong had only made his Premier League debut in February 2015. He left Loftus Road for West Brom in 2019 and is still a prominent figure in the Baggies' set-up.
CDM - Sandro
Was relegated with QPR in his first season with the club that term but did stick around for two Championship campaigns afterwards. The R's tried to sell the player following relegation due to his high wages in a debacle that involved failed medicals and loans before joining Antalyaspor in January 2017.
CDM - Karl Henry
Was booked in the first half in the match against the Eagles but was a regular that season. Was 'delighted' to be appointed head coach of Boldmere St. Michael's women's first team in May.
LW - Shaun Wright-Phillips

The winger spent his last spell in the UK with QPR but was released that summer following relegation. His run-out against Crystal Palace was a rare one that season as he made just four Premier League appearances that term. Now works as a Premier League pundit and Manchester City ambassador.
CAM - Adel Taraabt
The attacking midfielder has been at the forefront of some football fans' minds this month given the Barclaysmen trend. The charismatic player left Loftus Road at the end of that season, having come under criticism from Harry Redknapp for his fitness. Taraabt is still playing football at 35 years old, now for Al-Nasr in Dubai.
RW - Matt Phillips
The only QPR scorer that day with a trademark long-distance shot. The 33-year-old was centre of transfer interest this summer following his release from West Brom and eventually joined Oxford United following their promotion to the Championship. He did manage three goals and eight assists in that underwhelming 2014/15 season.
ST - Charlie Austin
Scored an impressive 18 goals in that season despite QPR's relegation and stuck around in the Championship the next year. The 35-year-old returned to Loftus Road for a second spell on loan in January 2021 and then signed for a year in June. Now plays for Southern League Premier Division side AFC Totton.
