Crystal Palace are interested in Middlesbrough’s Isaiah Jones and Manchester United’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka. The Eagles are keeping tabs on the pair as they look to bring in a right wing-back.

According to a report by The Sun, the Eagles have been checking up on Jones in the Championship and are also ‘considering’ bringing Wan-Bissaka back to Selhurst Park. The latter was sold in 2019 but has struggled to make an impact at Old Trafford.

Jones, 23, played for London non-league outfit Tooting & Mitcham before Middlesbrough swooped to land him in 2019. He had loan spells away from the Riverside Stadium at St Johnstone and Queen of the South in Scotland to gain experience before breaking into the first-team.

He has since become one of Boro’s most prized assets and has made 62 appearances in all competitions, chipping in with three goals. The Lambeth-born man is being linked with a switch to Crystal Palace now though and his current club could face a battle to keep hold of him.

The Eagles know all about Wan-Bissaka after seeing him rise up through their academy. The England international played 46 times for the South London outfit before United lured him up north three years ago.

His move to the Red Devils hasn’t gone to plan though and a move back to familiar surroundings could be what he needs to get his career back on track. The full-back has only played once under Erik ten Hag.
