Chelsea will ‘probably’ sign PSV winger

Chelsea are thought to be in pursuit of PSV’s Noni Madueke, who has been in the Eredivisie since 2018. Moreover - Alex Crook (via TalkSPORT) has claimed that a transfer to Chelsea ‘will probably happen’.

Chelsea have reportedly submitted a £26 million bid for the 20-year-old Englishman. On the potential move, Crook said: “Ruud van Nistelrooy the PSV manager has become accustomed to seeing his best players leave the club and has admitted he’s quite worried by Chelsea’s interest. I imagine this one probably will happen and once again it’s Chelsea being active in the market.”

Blues receive encouraging Marcus Thuram news

Marcus Thuram of Borussia Mönchengladbach will not be renewing his contract, according to Fabrizio Romano (via GiveMeSport). Romano said: ““Thuram is available as a free agent in the summer because he’s 100% not going to extend the contract with Gladbach. So, many clubs are approaching him from Italy, like Inter to sign him as a free agent in the summer.”

Chelsea could potentially make a move for the Frenchman before the summer - however, should they do this, they would be recquired to pay a fee. Thuram has been excellent this year for the German club, scoring ten goals and notching up three assists in 15 Bundesliga games.
