Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly monitoring Southampton full-back Kyle Walker-Peters. The London club could look to potentially re-sign the defender after his impressive performances at St Mary’s over recent seasons.

According to a report by talkSPORT, Antonio Conte’s side are ‘keeping tabs’ on his situation with the Saints. Fellow Premier League sides Manchester United and Chelsea have also been credited with an interest.

Spurs gave Walker-Peters the green light to head out the exit door on a permanent basis back in 2020 after he was initially loaned out to Southampton. He has since become a key player for the Hampshire outfit and helped them beat Manchester City in the Carabao Cup last time out.

The right wing-back has made 89 appearances in all competitions to date and has chipped in with four goals. His contract with Nathan Jones’ side expires in the summer of June 2025 meaning they are under no pressure to sell him yet. However, they will face a battle to keep hold of him in the future, especially if they are to sink into the Championship this term.

Walker-Peters, who has two caps for England under his belt so far, rose up through the academy at Spurs and was a regular for them at various youth sides before breaking into their first-team. He went on to play 24 times for them at senior level before leaving but is now apparently being watched again by his former club, along with Chelsea and United.
