Arsenal are off to a flyer in the Premier League, winning all three of their opening games.

The Gunners are already top of the table, and they are on cloud nine after backing up much of the excitement from the summer.

Mikel Arteta won’t be getting carried away, though, well aware that a long, hard season awaits, and for that reason, he and Edu will still be keeping an eye out for transfer possibilities ahead of the deadline.

With that in mind, we have rounded up all the latest transfer news and rumours concerning the Gunners.

Tielemans plan

Arsenal are expected to make their move for Youri Tielemans late in the transfer window.

According to Het Nieuwsblad, while the Gunners are not prioritising a move for the Belgian right now, they are likely to make a move before the deadline next week.

Leicester could find themselves in a difficult position over Tielemans, but they have not ruled out holding on to the midfielder and losing him for nothing next summer.

Decision made

Arteta is said to have decided not to strengthen at right-back.

The Gunners had had to use Ben White in the position recently to cover for injury issues, but they are still not likely to bolster their options in that area of the field, according to football.london.

It’s claimed Arteta is happy with the depth offered by Takehiro Tomiyasu and Cedric Soares, despite their injury issues of late.

Hudson-Odoi decision

Arsenal were linked with a move for Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi earlier in the window, but they will not be signing the winger.

According to the Evening Standard, Hudson-Odoi is now closing on a loan move to Bayer Leverkusen for the rest of the season.

Fortunately, Arsenal’s front line is relatively well stacked in any case, and crucially, that front line is also in good form.
