Elsewhere, Spurs have three players who are facing late fitness tests. They have another player who will definitely miss out on the Arsenal game, and a fifth who is set to make his return.

Arsenal injury news

Arsenal and Mikel Arteta will be waiting nervously over the status of Bukayo Saka. The Arsenal academy graduate has grown into one of the Gunners’ top players - but he faces a late fitness test to see whether he can play against Spurs or not. Despite this, Arteta said: ‘I think he will be OK.”

Arsenal’s two long term absentees, Gabriel Jesus and Reiss Nelson, will remain on the sidelines for the North London derby. Jesus is not expected to make his return until late February, while Nelson does not have an estimated return date right now.

Spurs injury news

Tottenham have a few players who could miss out on the Arsenal game. Richarlison, Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur will all undergo fitness tests before the match.
