Mudryk latest

Arsenal are said to be in the final stages of wrapping up a deal for primary target Mykhaylo Mudryk.

According to Football London, the Gunners are now close to securing the winger after talks with Shakhtar Donetsk. An announcement is said to be close, but it looks like Mudryk will not be signed on time to face Tottenham this weekend, needing to pass through international clearance by Friday afternoon to feature.

It’s claimed the clubs are now discussing add-ons in the deal ahead of the transfer being wrapped up.

Fresh Trossard update

Brighton are said to have rejected an oversees bid for Leandro Trossard amid interest from Arsenal and Tottenham.

According to talkSPORT, the Seagulls have rejected an offer from an unnamed club, though a transfer may have to go through one way or another. The report claims Roberto de Zerbi has been unimpressed with Trossard wanting a move away, and he is now said to be training on his oen away from the first team.

There could be an opportunity for Arsenal to strike a deal if they opt to.
