Mitski All Points East 2024: Review and setlist with Beabadoobee, TV Girl and Suki Waterhouse
If you’ve seen Mitski live before you know she’s beloved for her dramatic choreography during her shows and her All Points East appearance at London’s Victoria Park was no exception to that.
Having first been introduced to Mitski’s entrancing interpretive dance style when she opened for Harry Styles during his UK Love On Tour shows in 2022 and I’ve been a fan ever since. So I was very excited to see her back performing in the capital.

Although a few songs in it seemed Mitski couldn't contain her excitement for her first ever headlining set any longer as she broke character to talk to fans. “I’m so happy you’re here”, she gushed to All Points East crowds.
In the moment, she continued to praise the artists and performers who had already taken to the stage across the day as well as the staff who had made the festival possible.
But when describing the colour of the event security’s hi-vis jackets as “yellow” and “lime green” fans began linking it to the neon green cover of Charli XCX’s sixth studio album as they shouted “Brat green”.

The Japanese-born singer went on to perform tunes from across her decade-plus career. From songs on her latest album The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We as well as some of her biggest hits including Nobody, Washing Machine Heart and My Love Mine All Mine.
Ending with a bang, confetti cannons showered over fans as Mitski gushed: “I love you with all my heart” to fans before leaving the stage.

Ethel Cain
Having played to London crowds last year across town at Gunnersbury Park supporting Boygenius, capital fans were certainly pleased to see Ethel Cain hit All Points East’s main stage on Sunday. “It’s been a long time since we played in one of London’s beautiful parks,” she noted.
Despite a few pauses to her set to check in on fans who were signalling for water, her southern gothic sound captivated crowds with tracks from her hit 2022 debut album Preacher’s Daughter especially going down well with crowds. As well as breaking out her harmonica for the Thoroughfare solo, another highlight was her cover of the 80s classic Betty Davis Eyes.
Suki Waterhouse
After opening for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium just the night before, it was no surprise the Cupra North Arena tent was jam packed for Suki Waterhouse’s set. Performing in front of a wind machine she looked ethereal as her hair and floaty dress were effortlessly blown about. While she joked her cover of the Oasis banger Don’t Look Back In Anger had a better reception than it did in Coachella, it was her own tune Good Looking Boy that truly hyped crowds up as they sang it word for word back.
Beabadoobee

Following her latest album This Is How Tomorrow Moves making it her first-ever U.K. Official No. 1 record Beabadoobee celebrated with a guitar heavy set on the East Stage. First pink to gold then yellow, the guitars seemed to just keep coming but doesn't that just show what a dedicated performer she really is! Paired with her confident onstage presence it won’t be long before she tops her own festival bill.

Following Beabadoobee, crowds flocked to the West Stage to see ‘America's favourite indie band’ as described by TV Girl’s lead singer Brad Petering. While their colourful set certainly drew crowds in, it was their TikTok famous tracks that made them stay. Having had a second coming of sorts on the video sharing platform where the group’s music reached new audiences through tracks like Not Allowed and Lovers Rock, capital fans were excited to hear their viral tracks live.
