The two teams end up joining forces at the iconic New York firehouse that was featured in the original Ghostbusters movie.

Despite New York being at the forefront of the Frozen Empire movie, UK capital London also makes a cameo.

Was Ghostbusters Frozen Empire filmed in London?

Yes, London is one of the locations in which the film was shot. In May last year some of the movie’s cast members including Paul Rudd, William Atherton and Ernie Hudson were spotted filming near the St James' Park Tube station.

Bill Murray, who played Dr Peter Venkman in the first two Ghostbuster films in the 1980s, was also spotted in the capital at the time after he posed for a selfie with a London cabbie.

Abandoned tube tunnels near Westminster were reportedly used for the filming of the project into the capital too.
