Remember, remember the fifth of November - yes, it’s that time of year again, and here’s all the south London Bonfire Night fireworks displays to head to.
As the days get shorter once again, soon the capital’s skies will be lit up with firework displays as London locals commemorate Guy Fawkes’s failed Gunpowder plot.
With London being the city where Fawkes and his motley crew attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament and King James I on November 5 1605, why not catch a fireworks display there?
South of the Thames, in particular, is set to host an array of firework displays from the iconic Battersea Park to Wimbledon.
Here’s a list of Bonfire Night Fireworks events happening in South London this November.
1. Blackheath, Lewisham
The Blackheath Fireworks display is back for 2025. For the first time since 2018 festivities will once again be held at the southeast greenspace.

2. Morden Park, Morden
Southwest Greenspace Modern Park will also host its own Bonfire Night festivities on November 5. Promising a “dazzling musical fireworks show” there will also be food vendors and fairground rides.

3. Battersea Park, Battersea
The iconic Battersea Park will also welcome Londoners for a special fireworks display this November. One of the biggest in the city, the two-day festivities will have plenty of food and drink stalls serving some cosy beverages and bites to enjoy while watching the fireworks.

4. Wimbledon Park, Wimbledon
While the area drew in tennis fans this summer, this autumn Londoners are set to flock to the spot for an unforgettable musical fireworks display.

5. Danson Park, Bexleyheath
2025 will mark the 60th annual Danson Park Fireworks Display, so you know it’s going to be a good one!
