Adverts for a familiar looking bio exorcist have been spotted across London’s tube carriages.

A Betelgeuse Tube advert has made some film fans do a double take this week while commuting on the London underground.

Tube carriages across the network seem to have a new poster on display promoting the services of ‘The Afterlife’s Leading Bio Exorcist, Betelgeuse’ advising those ‘at a dead end’ to say Betelgeuse three times to summon him for his services.

It features the same green Beetlejuice Beetlejuice logo in its corner which has also featured in the film’s other teaser posters.

Beetlejuice fans on Reddit have since highlighted that the Tube ad references a fictional business poster featured in the 1988 original film.

In the movie the flyer promotes Beetlejuice’s ghostly pest control service which removed living beings from the homes of the deceased.

Fans online have already spotted the Beetlejuice themed poster while travelling on the District, Elizabeth and Victoria lines on London’s Underground.

Reacting to the fictional ad on Reddit one user wrote: “The best underground ad I've ever seen......” Although another joked about how it made them feel rather old: “It is proof that I am far older than I feel.”
