Tottenham Hotspur returns to Amazon Prime Video this week, but not as part of any documentary series. Instead, their game against Manchester United is one of many midweek fixtures that the streaming platform will be broadcasting live through Prime Video, as Spurs look to continue their fine run of form in the Premier League, having beaten Everton 2-0 in their last game.

The fixture is part of a 20 game package that Amazon bid for, outbidding the current two broadcasters and to wet their feet in any potential move to bid for the broadcasting rights to the Premier League during the next bidding process. The platform currently owns the rights to screen Spain’s La Liga and Germany’s Bundesliga.
