West Ham return to the action on Monday night with a home clash against Bournemouth. The Hammers go into the game on the back of their 1-0 loss away at Liverpool last time out.

Despite their defeat to the Reds last Wednesday, David Moyes’ have turned a corner in the Premier League over recent times after a slow start to this season. They will be hoping to get back to winning ways as they welcome the Cherries to the London Stadium. Here is a look at some of the latest injury news regarding both clubs...

As per the club’s official website, West Ham pair Maxwel Cornet and Craig Dawson have an outside chance of making the game against Gary O’Neil’s side. Summer signing Cornet is back training as he fights back from a calf problem, whilst experienced defender Dawson picked up an injury against Anderlecht in the Europa League but is closing in on a return to the action.

Lucas Paqueta missed the game against Liverpool with an upper body injury he sustained against Southampton last weekend and the Hammers hope he is back soon. Nayef Aguerd is still sidelined and faces a race against time to play before the World Cup break.

Bournemouth

Bournemouth remain without winger David Brooks and defender Lloyd Kelly with respective thigh and ankle woes. Apart from that, the Dorset outfit have no fresh injury concerns.

They are currently 13th in the league table and have made a strong start to life back in the top flight. They are four points above the drop zone.
