West Ham were humbled once again by Championship side Bristol City in the FA Cup third round replay at Ashton Gate on Tuesday night.
It took the Robins just three minutes to pounce on a Konstantinos Mavropanos error and put the home side ahead through Tommy Conway with the Hammers struggling to find any fightback. A red card to forward Said Benrahma in the second half didn't help David Moyes' side, who are still to win a fixture this month.
West Ham will feel aggrieved Bristol City didn't also see a man sent off for aggression but can have few complaints with the team's overall performance across the two legs. Here's how the Hammers stars rated tonight.

9. Maxwel Cornet - 3
Struggled against a physical Bristol City and scuffed a really decent chance in the first half. Delivered a beautiful cross out of nowhere after the break but so much more of that needed. | Getty Images

10. Danny Ings - 6
Brilliantly worked himself an opportunity in the 17th minute but dilly-dallied and wasted a golden opportunity 20 minutes later. Lacked goal threat all night but did win the ball back in the opposition half a few times. | AFP via Getty Images

11. Said Benrahma - 2
Looked dangerous at times in the first half but saw red after half time for kicking out at Joe Williams. A truly stupid moment, especially given how light West Ham are on forwards due to injury | AFP via Getty Images

12. Ben Johnson - 7
Added pace and drive on the right flank which Coufal had been missing. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
