West Ham player ratings - 'Inspired' 8/10 but 'out-of-depth' 3/10 in feisty Bristol City draw

West Ham were held to a draw in a feisty FA Cup battle with Bristol City at the London Stadium.

West Ham will have to travel to Bristol City later this month to secure their place in the next round of the FA Cup after David Moyes' side struggled to turnover the Championship club at the London Stadium.

The cup tie looked like it could be a goalfest for the Hammers when Jarrod Bowen finished a beautiful Lucas Paqueta ball early on but, after a couple of West Ham injuries, a tenacious Bristol City found their way back into the match in the 61st minute. The Premier League outfit piled on the pressure in the final 20 minutes but couldn't break down the resilient visitors.

Moyes will now have to contend with another fixture in the calendar this January with a trip to Ashton Gate for an FA Cup replay.
