According to a report on TalkSPORT, Manchester United had a bid in the region of £100 million turned down by West Ham and manager David Moyes has recently revealed the midfielder will only leave the club for British record deal.

The 24-year-old is regarded by many as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and is a born leader who has excelled for England recently.

In the summer, Rice admitted he would be open to move away where he could go and compete for titles and enjoy his game at the highest level.

West Ham have since remained adamant that the midfielder is not for sale but TalkSPORT are now reporting that a bid in the region of £120 million will be enough to price the midfielder away from west London.

Arsenal already have Thomas Partey and have just raided Chelsea for Jorginho but they are still on the lookout for Declan Rice who it is believed will take Mikel Arteta’s side to the next level.

Manchester United also have Casemiro and Fred but they will be in the market for Declan again as well as Manchester City who have Gundogan out of contract in the summer and Bernado Silva who is desperate to leave.
