Antonio Conte is currently struggling to get Tottenham consistently winning games, but he will hope that they return to winning ways against Everton tonight.

Spurs were knocked out of the FA Cup by Championship side Middlesbrough, and the Italian manager has recently questioned the mentality of his players after what has been a hugely inconsistent season.

He will get the opportunity to get his season back on track when they host Everton at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Monday night.

Antonio Conte’s team still have a chance to make the top four, but they will have to correct their home form where they have lost the last two Premier League matches if they are yo sneak in ahead of the close pack.

Tottenham would have noticed Arsenal’s strong win at Watford which means the Gunners have jumped into top-four, leading fifth placed Manchester United by a point despite having three games in hand. That is some lead to have.

For Tottenham it’s simple, pick up all three points against Everton and jump ahead of West Ham United into sixth and close the gap on both United and Arsenal.

One of the Spurs’ outstanding games is against the Gunners, so Antonio Conte’s men will want to have them in sight when the game is played later on in the season.

There is simply little room for error for Spurs given the form of their rivals.

Tottenham boosted by returning duo

The ever willing runner Lucas Moura, who has been in and out of the team due to form and fitness, and winter signing from Juventus Rodrigo Bentancur, who has not played since the trip to Turf Moor, will be in the squad.

Bentancur picked up an ankle injury and missed the games against Leeds and Middlesbrough, but will be looking to continue his start to life in North London against Everton.
