Brilliant pictures of Arsenal fans at Vicarage Road as Gunners grab huge 3-2 win over The Hornets

Arsenal produced a strong away performances to beat Watford away-but can they stay there now ?

Arsenal fans were in their numbers at Vicarage Road as the Gunners sealed a 3-2 win over Watford to climb into the top four of the Premier League table.

Martin Odegaard put Arteta’s men ahead in a very lively opening five minutes before Cucho Hernandez acrobatically levelled for The Hornets.

The away side were soon back in-front again, this time England’s Bukayo Saka the man to get the goal.

The ever-improving Gabriel Martinelli helped himself to the third in a goal that started with manager Mikel Arteta sending in the ball quickly to Bukayo Saka for a throw-in.

Former Tottenham midfielder now at Wolves, Moussa Sissoko then scored to make it 3-2 and set up a nervy ending to the game but the Gunners held on to see it out and take all three points back to North London.

The win means the Gunners climb above Manchester United into fourth place and on track to finish the season in a Champions League spot.

Despite the nervy end to the game the Gunners are now without a defeat since New Year’s Day and will be boosted by the fact that they survived another tough game in which many thought they’d drop points.

Their current form is in total contrast to the start of the season where they lost all three games and many doubted if they were making any progress under Arteta’s management.

The likes of Thomas Partey, Bukayo Saka and Granit Xhaka are all enjoying their game under the Spanish manager.

As always the vociferous fans were at Vicarage Road to see the team match on to another important away victory that could be pivotal at the end of season.
