Tottenham midfeidler Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has been linked with an exit from the club with just 24 hours to close the transfer window.

Manchester United and Fulham have both shown interest in Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg with just 24 hours to the close of the transfer window.

The Tottenham star is reportedly open to leaving the club after falling behind in the pecking order following a change in manager and change in playing style from manager Ange Postecoglou.

Fulham are likely to lose the impressive Joao Palhinha to Bayern Munich but have noticed how Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s game time in north London has reduced since the start of the season and have targeted him.

Manchester United are also looking at him as an option if their bid for Sofyan Amrabat doesn't yield the desired results. Both teams are aware that Tottenham will demand a fee in the region of £15million for his services even though any deal must be approved by manager Postecoglou.

According to the Evening Standard Hojbjerg is willing to listen to the Cottagers having not started any of Ange Postecoglou’s first three Premier League matches.

Atletico Madrid hope Spurs lower their demands to allow them to enter the race before the transfer window closes at 11 p.m. on Friday night.

Tottenham are also still in the market for another midfielder barely 24 hours till the window shuts. Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze's name has been mentioned in the last 48 hours.

Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher has also been named even though his start to the season has been impressive which has turned heads and made it quite hard for Chelsea to sanction any sale.
