QPR predicted XI vs Blackburn Rovers with big Ilias Chair and Jonathan Varane calls made

QPR look to make it six matches unbeaten in the Championship with a tricky trip to Blackburn Rovers on Saturday afternoon.
The hosts are yet to lose this season with three wins and three draws to their name under John Eustace but will be without Owen Beck against the R's after last weekend's Preston North End controversy.

GK - Paul Nardi
Made some important saves late on against Millwall as he continues to settle into life at Loftus Road. Was named in L'Equipe's French Team of the Week as a result of that performance.
LB - Kenneth Paal
The only real option for Marti Cifuentes in this position, although Morgan Fox is back in training after a lengthy injury lay-off. Paal had his work cut out against Romain Esse last week.
CB - Jake Clarke-Salter

A welcome return to the QPR starting XI last time out, the R's are better with the defender in the team. If he's fit, he always plays.

A reliable warrior at the heart of defence. Always in the thick of it and made a vital intervention late on against Millwall last week to help his team keep a point at Loftus Road.
RB - Jimmy Dunne
Has made this position his own since Marti Cifuentes took over at the club. Harrison Ashby and Hevertton Santos can also fulfill the role but Dunne remains first choice.
CDM - Sam Field
Has filled in at centre-back this season as QPR struggled with injuries but much more natural in the centre of the park. The midfielder has the potential to change games for QPR.
CDM - Jonathan Varane

Something wasn't quite right last weekend as Millwall dominated the ball at Loftus Road. Nicolas Masden showed some nice moments but the more robust Jonathan Varane could be a shrewd addition for the trip to in-form Blackburn Rovers.

The Moroccan was only pictured back in training this week but his injury has remained somewhat of a cryptic niggle. Cifuentes has said that a decision over whether Chair will be 'match-ready' will be made late but said that he is 'optimistic' - the 26-year-old is vital to the side and the R's coach will want him involved ASAP.
CAM - Lucas Andresen
Far from a vintage showing against Millwall as Loftus Road moaned and groaned at some of the midfielder's decision-making. Retained the backing of Cifuentes afterwards and there's no doubting that the quality is there to bounce back.
RW - Kader Dembele
The pacey winger can cause Blackburn Rovers problems on the break this weekend. Still looking for his first QPR goal, which will be a huge confidence boost when it happens, but does already have three Championship assists this term.
ST - Michael Frey
Has found himself in a purple patch of form. Scored the equaliser against Millwall last weekend to take his tally for the season up to four - the 30-year-old looks to be really enjoying his football at the moment.
