We are into the final 12 hours of the summer transfer window and Premier League clubs only have until 11pm tonight to complete any late deals.

It looks set to be a busy end to the summer market with clubs across the division all being linked with at least one if not more players that are of interest.

It’s no different in London for the seven capital clubs with Arsenal and Chelsea dominating the headlines this morning.

Here is one transfer deal that each London based Premier League club could still complete before the window shuts at 11pm this evening:

Arsenal - Youri Tielemans

The Leicester City midfielder has been linked with Gunners all summer but it has never been clear whether they intended to make an official approach.

Recent reports claim that the Foxes will let the Belgian, who only has one year left on his current deal, leave for £25m - which feels like a steal for a player of such obvious quality in this current market.

However, the Gunners could face competition if they do decide to push forward and Newcastle United are also thought to be weighing up a late bid and Liverpool also linked.

Chelsea - Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Talks are now said to be in an advanced stage for the Barcelona striker to make the move to Stamford Bridge today.

The Blues are in desperate need of a new forward and the former Arsenal skipper is the man they have spent the last few weeks focused on getting.

Barring any last minute hiccups, which can’t be ruled out, he should be a Chelsea player within the next few hours.

Spurs - Dan James

Tottenham are thought to be preparing a late bid for the Welsh winger but it could be a difficult one at this stage.

Leeds may have considered an offer earlier in the window but the lateness of the deal would make it difficult for them to recruit a replacement

However, potential replacements such as Rangers’ Ryan Kent have been touted so the Yorkshire club may be open to discussions but Spurs will have to move fast.

West Ham - Armando Broja

Once Chelsea get the Aubameyang deal over the line then they may offer out Broja either on loan or for a permanent exit.

Several Premier League clubs could be alerted to the Albanian’s availability and West Ham are thought to be one of the front-runners.

Whether David Moyes decides a late move to bring in another striker is required remains to be seen.

Crystal Palace - Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Another deal that depends on if the player’s current club can get their own deal over the line first.

If that happens then a move back to Selhurst Park could very well be on the cards.

Brentford - Loic Bade

Brentford have been credited with an interest in the Rennes defender and are one a few Premier League clubs being linked with a move.

Leicester City and Bournemouth are also thought to be interested in the player who only joined the Ligue 1 side on a five year deal last summer.

He would be the sixth summer signing for the Bees if they do make the move happen.

Fulham - Ben Brereton Díaz

Blackburn Rovers have been fighting hard to retain the services of their star striker in this transfer window.

The Chilean international has been linked not only to clubs across the Premier League but in continental Europe as well.

Fulham have been one of the sides previously mentioned but are now considered the front runners by oddsmakers at this late stage in the window.
