Fulham were first linked with a swoop for the Scottish Premiership teenager earlier this month.
The Daily Record reported that the Cottagers sent scouts to watch him in action for Scotland U16s against Denmark, along with representatives from fellow top flight outfit Leeds.
Pirie has risen up through the academy at Aberdeen and has been a key player for them at various youth levels over the past few years.

Their academy has produced some decent players over recent times, with the most notable being Liverpool’s summer recruit Calvin Ramsey.
The chase is now on to land their next future star Pirie with Brighton the latest name to be linked.
The Sussex outfit have turned to Roberto De Zerbi as their replacement for Graham Potter, who left the AMEX Stadium for a new challenge in his career at Chelsea.
