Fulham’s Steven Sessegnon has recovered from injury.

He is now back available for his loan club Charlton Athletic.

The right-back joined the fellow London club on a season-long loan over the summer but has been out with a hamstring injury since mid-August.

However, his boss Ben Garner has confirmed to the Addicks’ official club website that he is back fit ahead of their clash against Barnsley this weekend.

Fulham situation

Fulham will have a decision to make on Sessegnon’s future at Craven Cottage when he is due to return next year.

His contract expires at the end of next June and he is due to become a free agent as things stand.

The former England youth international, 22, has risen up through the academy of the Premier League club and has made 19 appearances in all competitions.

His chances of breaking into their first-team over recent years have been limited so he has been loaned out to Bristol City and Plymouth Argyle to get some minutes.

Charlton came calling in early July and he was allowed to move to The Valley on a temporary basis. Injuries have affected his time in South London so far but he is back now which is good news for them and Fulham.
