7 players who could leave Fulham next summer including striker & midfielder - and photos hinting why
A look ahead to the next year for Fulham
Fulham had a busy past summer as they bolstered their ranks in preparation for their return to the Premier League.
The Cottagers also let a few players head out the exit door to clear space and funds in their squad.
Marco Silva’s side have adapted very well to the step up a division and have made an impressive start to life back in the Premier League.
They are currently 6th in the table after the opening seven games and have 11 points on the board already.
The London outfit are only two points off the top four as they prepare to welcome Newcastle United to Craven Cottage this weekend after the international break.
Fulham will be hoping that they haven’t lost the momentum they had break the two-week break.
In the meantime, here is a look at seven players who could leave the club at the end of this campaign...
1. Josh Onomah
Josh Onomah is out of contract at the end of the season and was linked with West Brom last month. He is no stranger to playing in the EFL (see above in action for Sheffield Wednesday) and it wouldn’t be a surprise to a Championship club snap him up. Photo: Steve Ellis

2. Aleksandar Mitrovic
The goal machine is already showing he can cut in the Premier League and will no doubt be alerting the attention of other clubs if he carries on.

3. Terence Kongolo
The defender, who is currently on loan at Le Havre, hasn’t played since the last time Fulham were in the Premier League (see above against Manchester City). Photo: Alex Livesey

4. Nathaniel Chalobah
The midfielder enjoyed more time with the club in the Championship (see above) and isn’t first choice in his position. Photo: Nathan Stirk
