The last two years have been costly for Chelsea after the Todd Boehly-led consortium that took control at Stamford Bridge in May 2022 oversaw a major overhaul of the Blues squad.
Eye-watering sums of money have been handed over to selling clubs, such as the £110m that went to Brighton and Hove Albion for Moises Caicedo and the £115m that persuaded Benfica to allow World Cup-winning midfielder Enzo Fernandez to move to West London.
The spending has only continued during Mauricio Pochettino's reign after Manchester City's Cole Palmer, Southampton's Romeo Lavia and Villarreal's Nicolas Jackson were all amongst a lengthy list of incomings during the Argentinean's first summer transfer window at Stamford Bridge.
Further new additions are predicted for the January transfer window and the former PSG boss will be keen to further impose his touch on his squad as he aims to bring success and stability to the club.
With the window now open for business, we fired up FM24 to see how the world's most popular management simulation sees the Blues acting in the transfer market over the January and summer transfer windows.
