Chelsea forward Mykhailo Mudryk says his goals are very important for a forward after scoring in Ukraine’s important win against Georgia. Mudryk was the only difference as his country secured a massive victory, boosting his confidence ahead of his return to Chelsea.
Mudryk was signed for a huge fee but has seen his position taken over by others as Chelsea continues to invest in the present and the future. Sources have indicated that the forward is determined to turn things around and get his career back on track.

On Ukraine ahead of their next game against the Czech Republic, he expressed delight with how things were going for his team and emphasized the need to build on the win. He added: “I evaluate this game very positively. I am very satisfied with the character of our national team. If this is how we go into every game”
The Chelsea Struggles
At the club level, Mudryk is still waiting for his first goal of the season, having played in four of the seven games. He has also featured in all the Conference League matches as well as the League Cup game against Barrow.
In the last league game against Nottingham Forest, he was unlucky not to have registered an assist as he showcased his electric pace, beat his man, and sent in a delightful cross with his weaker foot, which Christopher Nkunku missed.
