Chelsea have returned to winning ways with a 1-0 home win over Crystal Palace. Kai Havertz’ second-half goal proved to be enough for the Blues to pick up all three points at Stamford Bridge.
The home fans were greeted to new signing Mykhailo Mudryk before the game and he watched on as his new teammates edged past the Eagles. Graham Potter’s side went into the game on the back of four games without a victory in all competitions.
They have had a tough past couple of weeks and remain 10th in the Premier League table. Nevertheless, they will be hoping to take some confidence from this afternoon’s game.
