GK: Seny Dieng, QPR: Brentford have been linked with the Championship stopper (Will Unwin on Twitter) along with Brøndby stopper Mads Hermansen (ExtraBladet via Sky Sports) with current number David Raya facing an uncertain future.

RB: Aaron Hickey: He has been a hit since his summer switch from Bologna.

CB: Ethan Pinnock: The defender has been a key player for the Bees over recent seasons.

CB: Jacob Greaves, Hull City: He is reportedly on Thomas Frank’s radar (Daily Mail) and could be seen as a long-term replacement for Ben Mee.

LB: Milos Kerkez, AZ Alkmaar: His name has been mentioned as a potential target for the next transfer window (Record via Sport Witness).

CM: Mathias Jensen: He is an important player for Brentford in the middle of the park.
