Brentford’s potential starting XI for next season - including two new signings and one linked player

Brentford are preparing for their second season in the Premier League.

Brentford are currently hard at work as they gear up for the 2022/23 campaign.

Thomas Frank’s side finished in a respectable 13th place in the top flight last term and will be looking to build on that.

They have played a couple of pre-season friendlies so far this summer against non-league Boreham Wood and Bundesliga outfit Stuttgart and are back in action this afternoon against French side Strasbourg.

The Bees then have clashes versus Wolfsburg, Brighton and Hove Albion and Real Betis before their first game of the season at home to Leicester City at the Brentford Community Stadium on 7th August.

Frank has delved into the transfer window to sign defender Aaron Hickey from Bologna, winger Keane Lewis-Potter from Hull City and goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha following his departure from Lazio.
