According to reports back in Denmark, Augsburg, Torino, Leverkusen, Dortmund, Sarpsborg, Trabzonspor and İstanbulspor have all been in contact with the player’s representatives to try and sign him.
Brentford’s feelings as this transfer saga continues to drag on
Brentford fans are really on the edge at the minute.
They absolutely adore the midfielder and would love to have him for at least another season, but they are also respectful and would reluctantly accept if he decides to move on to another club.
The fact that he has said that he would love to play Champions League football does suggest that he is craving something that Brentford can’t offer.
The rumours though will be frustrating Bees fans, reading every day that the player they want is being tossed around from one club to the other is not nice.
