Arsenal fans couldn't help but find the irony in Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer watching the Gunners threw away a 2-0 lead against West Ham on Sunday.
The MP was caught on the SkySports cameras taking in the Premier League meeting between the two sides at the London Stadium when his Arsenal side were leading by two goals.

The result means the gap at the top of the table closes to just four points with Manchester City also holding a game in hand.
Arsenal fans online mockingly blamed Sir Keir's attendance for cursing the team while others found witty political jokes to crack at the Labour leader.
One Twitter user tragically predicted: "Keir Starmer is at the Arsenal game today. Hopefully, we don’t bottle the game like he’s gonna bottle the next general election."

Meanwhile, other Gooners blamed Sir Keir for 'jinxing' Arsenal as the SkySports commentator joined in and said: "The leader of the opposition party Keir Starmer is in attendance today, but it is West Ham who are labouring."
Starmer is a well-known Arsenal fan, having previously admitted that he uses trips to the Emirates with pals as a way to escape the stress of daily life.
Earlier this year Sir Keir appeared on Jake Humphrey's High Performance Podcast to say Arsenal did not have a 'standout star'.

"One – there is not a standout star. When Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang played for Arsenal, he was outstanding and everyone tried to let everything go through him.
"Now, we’ve got a team where quite often, after the game, it’s quite hard to say [who the best player was]. That’s really good as everyone is playing well in their positions. You’re not relying on one or two stars, you’ve got a genuinely strong squad."
