Arsenal defender Pablo Mari is reportedly attracting interest from his native Brazil. The centre-back, who is currently on loan at Monza, was hospitalised after being involved in a stabbing incident in Milan last week. His recovery will be his priority at the moment with Esportes reporting a change of club could be on the horizon too with Grêmio, Cruzeiro, São Paulo and Fluminense said to be keen.

Winger linked

The Gunners are being linked with a move for FC Midtjylland winger Gustav Isaksen. CalcioMercato have reported that the London club have ‘targeted’ a swoop for him with the January window on the horizon. He has spent his whole career to date in his native Denmark and has scored 17 goals in 113 games in all competitions to date.

Youngster boost

Arsenal made the decision to loan out youngster Salah Oulad M’Hand to Hull City in the last transfer window. The teenager is yet to feature for the Championship side as he battles back from an injury. However, he has now returned to training, as per the Tigers’ official club website, and will be returning to the action soon but won’t be rushed back in.
