And according to Express, a deal has been reached with Tielemans, but a deal has not been reached with Leicester just yet.

Tavares departs
Arsenal have decided to send full-back Nuno Tavares on loan for the coming season.
Tavares has joined Marseille on a season-long loan deal, following William Saliba’s path, with the centre-back impressing with Marseille last season.
Tavares has only been with Arsenal for a season, but it seems Arteta feels he needs more experience elsewhere before he can become a Gunners regular again, making 22 appearances last season.
The Portuguese star is only 22 years of age, so he still has plenty of time to turn his Arsenal career around.
