It’s yet another collaboration between the Gunners and Adidas, who have traditionally produced great kits for the north London side since their switch from Puma a few years ago.

Arsenal fell short of the Champions League places in heartbreaking fashion as city rivals Tottenham Hotspur finished in fourth.

What does the new Arsenal kit look like?

The kit is light pink, and is world’s away from their third kit last year.

It comes complete with a black collar and three black stripes, the hallmark of creator Adidas running to the shoulders, with of course the badge in the top left (if you’re wearing it) and ‘Fly Emirates’ brandished across the stomach.

It’s the first ever pink kit in the club’s history, with the last few years, more and more of Europe’s elite adopting the colour as their third kit, such as Manchester United, Juventus and now of course, Arsenal.

Where can I buy the new kit?

The new kit is already on sale ahead of the upcoming start of the Premier League season, and can be purchased on the Adidas website and also JD Sports.

On JD, the price for the shorts for a junior is £28, whilst the top for juniors is £50.

To buy a children’s kit, which comes equipped with shorts and the official kit costs £45.

The jersey for men and women will cost £70, whereas if you purchase the kit with long sleeves, it will cost an extra £5 at £75.

The third shorts cost £38 whilst juniors cost £28.

Socks cost £20 whilst a kit for mini-Gunners, again equipped with a top and shorts costs £45.

When will they wear it?

Arsenal have confirmed that the team will don the jersey for the first time on Friday, 5 August as they head to Selhurst Park.

On their website, they say: “The kit, which is the first pink outfield jersey in our history, will be worn on-pitch for the first time in our opening Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace on Friday, 5 August.”
