Arsenal continue to be linked with a move for Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans.

The Gunners were tipped to make a move for the Belgian in the summer, but they decided to move for Douglas Luiz instead.

According to 90min, Tielemans could become a target of Arsenal’s in January when Leicester could sell for less than £20million.

Danilo situation explained

Arsenal are said to have been blocked from signing Palmeiras star Danilo.

The Gunners are said to have made a £20million offer to sign the Brazilian, but Palmeiras president Leila Pereira has opened up on why a deal did not go through.

He said via SportWitness: “Regarding Danilo: I said he wasn’t going to leave and he didn’t.

“I’ll tell you: players of this size, important in the history of Palmeiras, I don’t make decisions alone. I always consult our coach, coaching staff. If my coach says he can’t lose the player under any circumstances, he doesn’t leave.”
