The festivities are set to take place on November 18, the same day as the film premieres in London.

Elphaba and Glinda actresses Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande revealed they would be heading to London as part of a global tour named the Journey Through Oz Tour earlier this month.

At the time the Wicked stars’ teased a London stop-by in a video across the movie’s social media which saw Erivo and Grande confirm they would also be heading to four other city destinations worldwide as part of a global Wicked tour named the Journey Through Oz Tour.

In a second video on the UK Universal Pictures social media pages, Erivo and Grande shared a bit more about their upcoming visit as they said they’ll be swapping the land of Oz for the streets of London.

While the videos didn’t elaborate further on what exactly the global Journey Through Oz Tour would entail, more information has since been revealed.

As reported by Get Your Comic On, the tour “will feature four one-of-a-kind premiere events, with each city transforming into a dazzling, immersive tribute to a key location in Wicked.”
