The Great British Bake Off Musical to transfer to the West End in 2023 - how to get tickets, cast
and live on Freeview channel 276
Not content with being one of Channel 4’s most popular television shows, now The Great British Bake Off is set to tread the boards in London next year. The Great British Bake Off Musical is set for a limited 12-week run on the West End after its world premiere in Cheltenham earlier this year.
Penned by Jake Brunger (book and lyrics) and Pippa Cleary (music and lyrics), the musical is set in the realms of the competition as a number of upstart bakers strive to become the champion of the competitive baking series. The world premier of the show earned warm reviews from Whatsonstage who said the work had “all the ingredients for a theatre treat.”
