Scottish rockers Texas will take over London’s O2 Arena for the first time this Thursday (September 5).

This week the Glasgow formed rock band Texas will play a special concert at London O2 Arena as part of their The Best Of Tour shows across the country.

The 90s rockers who’ve had 13 UK top ten hits under their belts including Say What You Want and Black Eyed Boy will make their debut at the 20,000 capacity venue as they play there for the first time.

Talking ahead of the upcoming capital show, Texas lead singer, Sharleen Spiteri, said: “This will be the first time we play The O2. We’re all incredibly excited and it’s definitely going to be a night to remember.”

When do O2 Arena doors open for Texas’ London show?

As stated on the O2 Arena website, doors to the venue will open at 6.30pm. While those with standing tickets will no doubt enter at this time to secure a good spot in the pit, others with seats won’t need to rush.

When will the support act for Texas’ London O2 Arena show start? 

Official set times are yet to be released by the O2 Arena but most events typically start around 7.30pm when the support act takes to the stage. Scottish singer-songwriter KT Tunstall will open for Texas during their Thursday show.

Main acts at the O2 Arena usually take to the stage around 8.30pm so it’s likely Texas will also make an appearance at this time too.
