OMD London O2 Arena set times: When group and support will hit stage for 2024 tour

OMD aka Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark are set to take over London’s O2 Arena for a landmark capital show this Sunday (March 24).

Their upcoming weekend show at the 20,000 capacity venue, which follows the release of their fourteenth studio album Bauhaus Staircase, will mark the synth pop group’s largest headline gig in the capital.

While the North Greenwich venue will host OMD this weekend it’s not the first time the group have put on a show at the spot. In 2021 they performed a live streamed event at the indigo at The O2 to raise money for their crew amid the coronavirus pandemic.

When will the support act hit the stage for OMD’s 2024 London O2 Arena show? 

OMD will be supported by 80s chart topper Howard Jones for their upcoming show at London’s O2 Arena. The Things Can Only Get Better hitmaker also topped music charts in the 80s for hits Like to Get to Know You Well, What Is Love? and New Song.

He is set to open for Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark’s Sunday show at the North Greenwich venue at around 8pm.

The synthpop legends are expected to take to the London O2 Arena stage around 9pm. Look At You Now and Dreaming are just some OMD’s tunes fans can expect to hear at the concert.

When will OMD’s 2024 London O2 Arena show end?

OMD are expected to wrap up slightly later than the London O2 Arena’s usual Sunday shows which end by 10.30pm. Instead the band are expected to finish their concert around 10.45pm.
