A new Minecraft-themed experience is opening in London and here’s everything fans need to know.

The pixelated world of the beloved game Minecraft is coming to London in a new immersive experience.

Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue will invite fans to step into the familiar game through captivating storytelling, and cutting-edge multimedia.

Coinciding with the release of the new Minecraft Movie which hits cinemas this April, the experience will welcome all from first-timers to longtime fans.

Here’s everything gamers need to know about the new London Minecraft experience from when it opens to where it will be based.

What is the London Minecraft experience?

The 45-minute experience will see players help protect a village that has been invaded by a horde of zombies. Across seven different themed rooms players will need to gather vital ingredients to create a life-saving potion to cure the villagers.

Visitors will also be gifted an exclusive half zombie, half villager cape at the experience which they can redeemable digitally in game when they get home.

When will the London Minecraft experience be open?

The experience will officially launch on April 4, which is the same date the Minecraft movie is released in cinemas.

The London Minecraft experience will open at the new exhibition venue Corner Corner in Canada Water.
