Kpop Lux organisers have confirmed the upcoming music festival at London’s O2 Arena has been cancelled. The news was confirmed on Wednesday (September 13), just over a week before it was planned to arrive in the capital.

The event was set to kick off on September 22 and wrap up the following day. A total of 12 K-pop groups and artists were scheduled to perform across the weekend event.

In a statement on the Kpop Lux O2 Arena event page, organisers confirmed the September event would be cancelled as it told fans and ticket holders the event had been postponed due to "unforeseen circumstances."

How to get a refund for Kpop Lux at London O2 Arena

As explained on the O2 Arena website, ticket holders will only be able to get a refund if the show is either cancelled or rescheduled.

The statement on the Kpop Lux O2 Arena event page clarifies that fans will be able to get a refund from the ticket provider they purchased tickets through. It clarified: "Refunds will be available from your original point of purchase."
