Will BTS play London’s Wembley Stadium in 2026? What we know so far

BTS fans are buzzing after news broke that the K-pop superstars are set to head out on a world tour - but could a stop at London’s Wembley Stadium be on the list.

The group’s record label, Bighit Music, confirmed over the weekend that BTS will be returning to music with their fifth album, due for release in March, followed by a global tour.

While full tour dates and locations have yet to be revealed, the complete schedule is expected to be announced on January 14.

With London a regular stop on previous tours, fans are already speculating that Wembley Stadium could once again host the band if the UK makes the cut.

BTS last performed at the stadium in 2019 and made history as the first ever South Korean group to do so.

A TikTok video has already amassed over 200,000 views claiming to show “leaked” London concert dates for BTS this summer.

In the video which was uploaded on Sunday (January 4) a message exchange with the Wembley Stadium chatbot on the venue’s website is shown which alleges two dates that it claims BTS will play this summer.

The two dates mentioned by the stadium’s chatbot were August 28 and 29 with it also claiming tickets would go on sale in March following BTS’s upcoming album release.

LondonWorld has since asked the chatbot the same prompt and was told no information about any BTS dates was currently available.

Both alleged dates for Wembley Stadium are currently available on the venue’s summer events calendar and fall between The Weeknd’s After Hour ‘Til Dawn tour stint and Bon Jovi’s Forever Tour shows.

Wembley Stadium has also hosted shows on August 28 and 29 in past years including the Eagles in 2021 for their Hotel California tour.
