March 2026 Tube strikes: When will they start next week?
Full March 2026 Tube strike dates as major disruptions across London's underground network are expected.
The entire London Underground network is set to be brought to a standstill next week due to mass walkouts over the introduction of a compressed four-day working week.
Tube union RMT confirmed members would go on strike last week (March 10) as it claimed Transport For London (TfL) intends to push ahead with a plan to compress a normal working week into four days despite backlash from train operators.
RMT explained: “Members have concerns about shift lengths, unacceptable working time arrangements, transfer and allocation processes, and the potential impact on fatigue and safety.”
