It's set to be a summer of change at West Ham this season as David Moyes departs the club. Former Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui is set to be announced as his replacement this week.
The Spaniard quit his last post due to transfer disagreements and seems likely to want an influence over the Hammers' squad from the off this summer. The London club's defence is ageing while there is still the matter of finding a Declan Rice replacement after Kalvin Phillips' loan spell failed to reach expectations.
There's also the matter of finding an added goal threat with links to Brentford striker Ivan Toney. Any incomings will, of course, have to be offset with outgoings and LondonWorld looks at the West Ham first team squad to see how each player has done this season and what the future may hold.

17. Mohammed Kudus
So much to love about the dynamic winger. He's been a real excitement in his first season at West Ham. At just 23, the Ghanian has plenty of time to improve and should be a starring figure next term. | AFP via Getty Images

18. Maxwel Cornet
Cornet signed a huge five-year deal when arriving at the club in 2022 but made just seven Premier League appearances this season. If Lopetegui is looking to hold a big clear out, the midfielder may be one of the first on his list - and would surely be keen for more playing time on a new venture himself. | Getty Images

19. Edson Alvarez
Has made a big impact at West Ham since arriving from Ajax last summer. His influence in midfield can change games but Football Insider suggests the Mexican could want to leave the club if not playing European football next year. Only time will tell if that's true, but you'd imagine he's a player Lopetegui would want to keep. | Getty Images

20. Tomas Soucek
Signed a new contract with the club in January to keep him with the side until 2027. Soucek is another player you feel will have an important role to play in overseeing the transitional period ahead. | Getty Images
