It's set to be a summer of change at West Ham this season as David Moyes departs the club. Former Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui is set to be announced as his replacement this week.
The Spaniard quit his last post due to transfer disagreements and seems likely to want an influence over the Hammers' squad from the off this summer. The London club's defence is ageing while there is still the matter of finding a Declan Rice replacement after Kalvin Phillips' loan spell failed to reach expectations.
There's also the matter of finding an added goal threat with links to Brentford striker Ivan Toney. Any incomings will, of course, have to be offset with outgoings and LondonWorld looks at the West Ham first team squad to see how each player has done this season and what the future may hold.
1. Lukasz Fabianski
Fabianski extended his West Ham contract in December and committed his future to the club until 2025. At 39 years old, he's a great experienced figure to have in the squad and still has enough quality to come into the side when needed. | Getty Images
2. Alphonse Areola
Has enjoyed a pretty solid season for West Ham between the sticks. There doesn't seem to be a reason why the club would sell Areola and he certainly has enough about him to make the goalkeeping position one where a big signing is not needed. | Getty Images
3. Nathan Trott
Has spent a second season loan at Vejle in Denmark this year. His contract is up this summer but the Hammers do have the option for another two years. His release seems likely and he has shared that he would be happy to return to Vejle next season. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
4. Joseph Anang
Anang is another whose deal is due to expire this summer. He is still just 23 years old and it would be brave to release both him and Trott this summer. Any new deal would likely be down to conversations with Julen Lopetegui. | Getty Images
